LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Once a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft. We recommend being aware of typical delivery times in your area and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
- For added security against theft or loss, choose the appropriate shipping method. Our Standard Shipping does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If you prefer these protections, consider selecting a FedEx/DHL-US option during checkout.
- If your package is lost while in transit, it is the carrier's responsibility. You can contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- If you haven't received a shipping notification within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us through our website with order number and shipping information.
Where We Ship
- We ship nationwide across the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii.
- Standard orders are shipped 10-20 business days, often sooner. We appreciate your understanding as a small team!
- Please note, we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
