Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns of impaired or flawed products not in their original condition. It will get deducted from the refund or store credit amount issued to you.
- You have 30 days from the shipping date to submit a return request. If you attempt to submit a return request after the return window, our Online Return Portal will reject it. If you send an ineligible return without using our Online Return Portal, our warehouse cannot process it and it will be disposed of or sent back at your expense.
- For refunds we must receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of your submitted return request to credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 30 days, a Wilder Gal Studios e-gift card or store credit code will be issued.
- Any return or exchange for unwanted product is at the customers expense.
- You may use our Online Return Portal to make a return for eligible orders or products. Accepted returns may be eligible for exchange, replacement, store credit, or a refund. Please allow up to two to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.
- Refund eligible items must have been purchased at full price. Discounted purchases may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.
LOST OR MISSING MAIL
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
PROMO CODES, DISCOUNTS, & STORE CREDIT
- Items purchased using a discount code or on sale are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Only one discount can be used per order. Discounts cannot be combined.
- Store credit codes and discount codes cannot be combined. Contact customer support for assistance.
- Returns for store credit receive credit for the paid amount plus an additional 10%.
RETROACTIVE SALE DISCOUNTS
Promo codes, sale prices, and flash sale prices are only valid during the active sale period. They cannot be applied to orders before or after the sale period.
VIEW OR CANCEL ORDER
To view or cancel an order, login to your Wilder Gal Studio account to access your order history. If you don't have an account, you can make one anytime. Be sure you create the account using the same email the order was placed with.
We recommend you cancel your order online (instructions below). Orders can only be cancelled before they ship.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, contact customer support for assistance.
To Cancel an Order Online:
- Login to your Wilder Gal Studios account
- View ‘My Account’ page
- Open 'Order Status' for the order number
- Under Order Actions tab, select 'Cancel'
- If the order has shipped, the cancel option will not be available.
- You will receive an email confirmation
Store Credit
If you’d rather receive store credit instead of a refund, we’ll issue it as soon as your return is processed. It's valid for 1 year from the date of issue, giving you plenty of time to shop your next fave item! It does not include shipping.
